We arrived with our 2 grand sons and were told that we would have to wait downstairs to wait for seats to become available. After 15+ minutes we were shown upstairs to our seats. To our surprise there were more empty seats than filled seats, so why did we have to wait? The air conditioning was so chilling & the... More

We got here early for the wild card game expecting there to be a huge crowd. We got seated by 345 and by 430 the place was full. Food was excellent we had the chicken parm and the cactus chips with dip. The cactus chips were overpriced for what they were. The only issue we had was with seating. When... More

I was surprised that they could even seat all of us, but they did and we had a good time eating pizza and drinking cold beer.

We were in Toronto for FanExpoCanada 2016 and saw Boston Pizza down Front Street from our hotel. Service was quick, the selection very good, beverage service was outstanding and the pizza was excellent. Our only complaint: the music was a little bit too loud for our tastes. It didn't chase us out but we would have stayed longer if it... More

How can a pizza place called Boston pizza have such awful pizza? Went there for dinner with my daughter. I got the Hawaiian pizza which was over loaded with sauce, small amount of toppings and very undercooked. My daughter got the Chicken Caesar which had overdone chicken and very very small amount of cheese. Sat us in a booth next... More

I have a very severe allergy to fish, seafood and shellfish, even cross-contamination can cause a severe reaction. When I addressed this with the server, I provided her with menu choices. She went to the kitchen to speak with the Chef, I lift my head up figuring no guarantees {something I am used to} and lo and behold, he not... More

We ate lunch at Boston Pizza after visiting the CN Tower. Our meal was excellent and the service was great. Our server was new, but he did a terrific job of keeping us happy. Food is a step above typical "pub grub," and it was well prepared. We would definitely eat at Boston Pizza again.

We ate at Boston Pizza before a Jays game, which meant that it was busy! But the service was good, food got to us after a short wait and the atmosphere was electric! Good location, close to Rogers Centre!

Stopped in for lunch after Ripleys, we were seated right away, and we gave our orders pretty quick but it took almost an hour to get our food. We watched as tables seated after us got their items and finished before we got ours. When a member of our party got her food (Chicken Parmesan) it was Luke warm st... More

Ended up here at the recommendation of a CN tower security guard (hmmm). Restaurant was clean but didn't feel clean. Menu was fine but food quality was just average at best. The best part of the meal was the amazing server. She was excellent! Super friendly, so kind to us and our child, amazingly helpful with determining which food items... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
