One of the best Martini's I have ever had! Really nice bar area with attentive (and great looking) service. The crab cakes or the panko shrimp are also worth mentionning.

A friend brought me here for a business lunch. We needed privacy and were afforded plenty of it. The wine list was overwhelming with several excellent bottles by the glass. The issue was the food. I had the tuna tartar which was bland. my friend had the steak sandwich which was full of fat to the point of it not... More

Very expensive but VERY good. Ambiance, service and food is top notch. They offer some incredibly indulgent and over the top menu items. Certainly a place to take someone you want to impress (client or date) but expect to pay $300+++ for dinner.

I enjoyed the meal we had. Steak was cooked perfect, sides delicious. It is expensive so I would expect great service. Instead it was mediocre. Our dishes were not cleared until next course arrived. Would have liked another cocktail but waiter did not comeback till main course, do ordered wine with meal. It was just not what I expect from... More

The shrimp was huge and the fish melted in my mouth. The only drawback of this restaurant I can name is that you have to rub elbows with other guests - there are too many tables, too big for a room that size. Everything else is perfect. Real old world charm. P.S. Check out the programmable Japanese toilets in the... More

We arrived on time and were told to wait. 15 minutes later, I asked when our table will be ready and they literally forgot we were standing right there waiting for a table. I am not sure if it is because we weren't wearing a suit/tie to be summarily ignored like that. It's just direspectful and poor service. The waiter... More

The food and service was very good. I loved that my steak was done exactly as requested. The sides were so delicious that we enjoyed far too much food. It was an amazing evening of delicious food and a fun vibe.

This is the great restaurant to celebrate special occasion. It was a bit dim and romantic. I ordered filet steak and my husband ordered new york strip loin. Both of them were tender and juicy, asparagus and mushroom on the side are gently salted. We were not big fun of french frie. It was nothing special and we are... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
