This review is an update from three years ago. While staying at the Marriott Bloor Yorkville this is a great place about a block and a half away for lunch or dinner. It’s styling is that of a British pub and the food that I...More

We came here after a show at the theatre for a bite to eat. The service was attentive and friendly. I had the traditional English Roast beef dinner. The food was fantastic and I can still taste that roast beef when I think about it....More

This pub is in a great neighbourhood and is well appointed. Having said that, there is not really anything special about the place. The food is OK; the service is OK; the food is pretty bland without a lot of personality. It is a good...More

One thing that scares me in a restaurant is a large menu. My thoughts are to cater to all none would be that great. So my first visit to the restaurant was apprehensive. However they were the exception that proved the theory wrong. Ice now...More

Came with friends after work and came away more impressed than I thought I would be. The food is good, the draft selection is decent and the staff on the patio were nice. Had the ribs and my friend had a salad, both of which...More

Nice vibe and good outdoor patio. Some of the staff aren't aware of the drink deals when you purchase some meals so be sure to remind them before they prepare your bill.

This place used to be good. Unfortunately, it changed. I am writing this after the third consecutive terrible service, or rather, no service. There are much better, more friendly pubs in the area including Jack Astor's on Yonge street and another great patio and an...More

Have started frequenting this local pub. Service is great and they have $4.50 pint specials each day. Usually have the soup[ of the day with bread for $6. The soups are hit and miss and the same one is on the board each day for...More

Hard to find if you're walking along Bloor Street as I was - it is at 175 but not visible from Bloor St. Food was very good. Service was amazing. Big patio.

The Bishop and Belcher is one of dozens of pubs of this type throughout Toronto. It has a ridiculously large menu- everything from pub food to Indian, and it attracts customers with cheap beer specials, a British pub vibe, and a patio. On a recent...More

Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination
for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip
and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with
a strong student influence from the Ryerson University
Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in
flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities,
with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to
Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
