It is a family run restaurant and the waitresses are friendly and makes you feel very personal. All entrees include starter, salad, garlic bread, coffee and dessert. With the price they are charging, you cannot find another one in Toronto. The garlic bread is light and crispy. I like the croutons on the salad are house-made, instead of those stale... More

I'm mirroring the same comments as some of the other 5* reviews. For the price point, quality, quantity, and service, you can't go wrong with dining here. It's truly a gem.

As always the veal was of excellent quality, taste and preparation. You never can go wrong here. Family owned and operated for 40 years. You will not be dissapointed. The price point can't be beat. Super deal for a great supper.

Food & atmosphere very nice! Fine dining without the hefty price tag! Will return before they shut down :( Food & service is not the fastest, but if you're not in a hurry, it's still worth the wait :)

We have been coming to Vincent's Spot for over 40 years when the original Vincent owned this wonderful restaurant. Helen and John have continued to serve excellent meals in a most warm and welcoming environment. We have sent many many friends and they are all very happy with their experience. The price of the meal includes delicious garlic bread, a... More

We have been going to Vincents Spot for approx. 40 years for special dinners with family. It's the best, the food is excellent and the place is serene and peaceful. I only hope in 2 years I get to go with my mom and my brother for my 60th birthday!

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant last night. From the outside it is very easy to miss, small storefront in a busy strip of stores including a Martial Arts dojo. Inside the restaurant is reminiscent of the 1970s, the carpet, wall panels, decorations, furniture, plates, painting, even the music doesn't seem to have changed in decades. We ordered... More

Be prepared to step back in time when you visit Vincent's. The fixed price menu is terrific; the food is awesome and plentiful and the service is great. There's never any need to rush through a meal here as patrons are encouraged to relax no take their time.

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
