1) they've been successfully serving the bar crowd here for as long as I can remember (decades) 2) Mexican Food tastes great !! 3) the wait was short & the service was friendly ( but you still have to give time for your individual burrito to be custom made) My kids grew up coming here Enjoy !!

I bought the large Chicken burrito, they also have food according to certain diets (glutenfree, halal etc). The burrito was filled with a lot of chicken and the vegetables in it made it absolutely delicious!!

We went to the restaurant on Grosvenor St. Going against our better judgment, we went with the large Vegetarian burritos. Large is an understatement. Although, we managed to put them down, we were STUFFED when we left and it all but killed our appetites for the rest of the day. Not great when you eat lunch at 1:00 and then... More

Popped in as did not want a night alone in a restaurant, close to my hotel so takeaway was perfect! Service was a bit surly and not impressed by one of the chefs popping out for a cigarette with smoke coming back into the location but was far away from food and washed hands. Had the pulled pork which was... More

Love these burritos. A little hard to find their location, you have to go down a flight of stairs and it can be packed inside. My suggestion, call ahead and order or do their new order online. Works great. I love the Steak, Chicken and Steak and chicken with everything on it. I find it better than Burrito Boys and... More

Used to like the fresh to reply like the fresh ingredients and grilling process. However, with expansion standards and quality control have slipped big time. Waiting for 15 to 25 mi uses and they hand you the wrong order and offer to start all over again or they burn it. Need quality supervisors on location.

After walking around Toronto for 6 hrs, we couldn't muster up any energy to go out to eat. This place was near the condo we rented, and we love Mexican food. I had the pulled pork burrito which was excellent. Ordered the small and it was quite large. We took ours back to the condo to eat, but there is... More

It's a hole in the wall and there's hardly any seating, but man do they make a mean burrito. Skip Chipolte and get the real thing. Fed hungry teenage boys for $10 CAD per person. Excellent value.

This place is pat of a chain, a sister to another chain "Burrito Boyz". They are practically the same: Great burritos, at a reasonable price. I found that the burritos with meat or chicken seem to use inferior meat. This is the reason that I am loyal to the cheese and beans, vegetarian type. It is healthy and extremely tasty.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
