I work in the area, and go here once in a while. Always get Katsu Don to go, tastes just like my mom's ( she is Japanese). Staff are quick and friendly. I have tried all you can eat lunch with my co-worker, they offer good variety of Japanese and Chinese food, made to order.

I was in the Yonge & College area one rainy day and dropped in to Sushi Sky for a quick lunch. I ordered my favourite Chirashi Don and was not disappointed. The service was friendly and prompt and the sushi and green tea hit the spot.

All you can eat sushi for $15 a plate?? Yes, please! The menu was smaller than your typical all-you-can-eat place, but with that price and since the time of day was lunch, we weren't bothered at all. The quality of the fish was fine and the flavours were great. The fried items were also good and the service was fast... More

Lots of quick options for lunch. You can pick from a-la-carte or all you can eat (even if you are at the same table). The sushi was fresh and delicious. It's a great place for a quick lunch meal!

Pretty good food. I like all you can eat at this place, especially during weekdays. You get the best deal for 15 bucks. Sushi is always fresh. Although stuff is not very nice...

Stopped here for take out after seeing it from the hotel window. It was pretty busy with many people dining solo. Food was well presented and reasonably priced. Ingredients were fresh and I was satisfied with my order.

For $8.50 - hot miso, a green salad, 3 pieces of california roll and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was brilliantly crispy - nice atmosphere - my wife and I love booths. They gave us free green tea - great service - sure it was only iceberg lettuce in the salad but the sushi was freshly made - (you can see... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
