Although its considered a French restaurant its much more than that . The dishes are all wonderfully prepared without all of Frances heavy sauces . The service is attentive without being annoying . The wines we had were wonderful as well . The room is warm and cozy and invites you in to enjoy its fine cuisine . Gotta go... More

I have been here multiple times and I have never left disappointed. The restaurant itself is beautiful with the wood burning fire places in the winter and the very nice patio in the summer. It's a very cozy atmosphere that makes you believe you truly are in France. The service was exceptional, our server was very nice and very professional.... More

Have been to the Auberge several times for lunch, because of its location. The service has always been superb and the food has always disappointed. It is by no means terrible, but there is usually something a tad off - on one occasion it was over salted. On another occasion it has been bland. Most recently, the "romaine" salad (which... More

Having eaten at the restaurant many times and years in a row we know what excellent service they typically have. I have the feeling that they are trying to save money and have cut back on staffing. Instead of exceptional service, it is now just average. For example we had to ask for bread since the waitress forgot, wine glasses... More

Been to Auberge quite a few times for biz lunches and family dinners. Was there again for my birthday and it was as usual superb service and the food was excellent in presentation and taste. The wine selection was very good as well. We had a table close to the fireplace. Very comfortable for a cold evening. Highly recommend for... More

I have reviewed this restaurant a couple of times in the past and keep coming back as it certainly rates as the best restaurant I know in North Toronto and one of the very best in all of Toronto. The lunch menu is limited in choice but that is made up for in quality, which is consistently high. I started... More

After my first trip here I was skeptical about the second visit. I have since been back twice and both times it was excellent. The service , food and atmosphere is why this is a legend in Toronto. O & B now has two of my favorite restaurants in T.O- Canoe and Auberge. C'est bon et tres bien!!

I eat here quite regularly. The restaurant has been one of the top ten restaurants in Toronto for years. The service is fantastic and so is the food. I highly recommend and will go here again.

This was only my second visit to this enchanting restaurant and my first in many years, First of all, arriving at the door and seeing the twinkling Christmas lights and decorations on this beautiful building make for a wonderful start. We arrived slightly late due to traffic from Oakville, but were warmly greeted by Elizabeth at the door. The inside... More
