No other hamburger eatery comes even close to Johnny's Hamburger in Greater Toronto. Delicious. Fast. Fresh. Piping hot. Juicy. Mouth watering. Dripping. Absolutely incredible !

The great thing about this place is that they focus on what they do best and leave the frills to everyone else. Great job, boys!

I visited Johnny's burgers on a Saturday night. The place was packed full as usual. Many people in line. Anyway, our order was hamburgers, Fries, and Veal cutlet. Everything tasted so good as always. However, the veal cutlet was a bit too crispy because the proton was too thin and the coating was thick. I think it needed to be... More

In general, the place is very busy for a reason. Good size burger at a very good price. Quality is the only thing that is compromised! I have had much better burgers but they all cost three times Johnny's burgers. Considering that you can get a combo burger for $6, the place offers a really good deal that attracts a... More

I don't know how many times I've ate here. But I keep coming back. It's not a fancy place nor has it changed very much since it opened in 1967. But it's a Staple in Northwest Scarborough. I wouldn't say it's a superb burger. I'd just have to say at best it's just average. I ordered the same thing every... More

This place has been around for over 40 years and hasn't changed, except for a new sign out front. The burgers are the best, freshly made with your choice of many toppings. Fries are hot and fresh. With lots of parking, it is the take out place to go in the east end of Toronto.

So much has changed at the corner of Victoria Park and Sheppard since my childhood, but Johnny's has remained the same. The only thing different about it is the new parking lot and the fresh coat of paint on the exterior. The guys behind the counter are still as friendly as ever and always happy to please. Unfortunately the line-ups... More

Excellent for over 30 years and I've been here for almost all of them! Accessible in everything except the washrooms and no handicapped parking spots. But the staff is extremely helpful.

2595 Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough, ON M1T 1A4 Located in the Scarborough side of Toronto It is an amazing little get away late night snack after coming home from a party stop by Johnny's for a late night snack. The guys are friendly and totally amazing. Kind of like Saturday Night Live with John Ballushi. Great experience. Must try it... More

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
