We came across this restaurant after discovering our first choice for dinner was closed, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We shared a platter for two - I forget the name. The food was very good, and the portions were very generous -- we couldn't...More

I went to this restaurant just wanted to try Indian food but to find out that nothing special. Just an average Indian food but the service was very impressed. I have nothing much to say about this restaurant.

Had the meat combo. The meat on the "sizzler" was not sizzling. It has obviously been pre cooked and as a result the meat was dry. Nan was flavorless. Butter chicken sauce tasted like Heinz tomato soup. Would not recommend, unless you like mediocre Indian...More

We had two vegetarian thali's tonight and couldn't be happier with out choice. We don't usually opt for the thali as we enjoy choosing the curries we want rather then the restaurant choosing for us. The difference at Little India was that where they were...More

Toronto is definitely one of the cities in the whole world where you get some of the best Indian food. This restaurant when put on that scale, does not cross the average score in my book. Canada Day, evening with a confirmed booking had a...More

Yes it has been halal for a while. The chef was Bengali Muslim. I would still call ahead just in case.
