I don't like offering a poor review of any restaurant but credit where credit is due..Between my burger and fries and my son's fish and chips, the ONLY thing not loaded down with salt was the fish. What was even more disappointing was the waitress' lack of concern or action when this was pointed out to her. What a shame,... More

This is one of my go to places in Charlottetown. I get Haddock and Chips takeaway at least twice a month because it is the best place for cheap and delicious takeaway. Its a quick and dirty restaurant run by the pros. There is better fish and chips in Charlottetown and on the island. But when it comes to bang... More

Dropped in for lunch on a Sunday. Cozy, casual place with very friendly staff. This is basic stuff, but they do it very well: fish and chips, coleslaw, mushy peas. The batter is very crisp (maybe a bit too thick) and everything tasted fresh. My companion had fish tacos which were good. The fries were the highlight for me; must... More

Never miss a visit here when on PEI. But I go for the fish chowder. Creamy, fresh and full of fish and potato and dill and flavour and high fiving myself after every spoonful! The rest of the menu is great but if off on a deserted Island I would take the Chowder.

First time visiting P.E.I so really wanted to eat yummy, fresh seafood but 2 of the famous seafood restaurants were CLOSED for whatever reason so went to Charlottetown and just trusted our instincts (tummies,Lol) and found this great place. If fish and chips is what you want you won't find better. Over by the fire place with a cool beverage you can't beat this place. Really loved it.

Close to our hotel. Food was great. I had the Lobster Roll which was comparable to any I had in Canada. The chowder was excellent

My wife and I visited the Water Street Fish & Chips Restaurant earlier this month whilst on a coach tour of New England and the Canadian Maritimes on our stop in Charlottetown, PIE. We visited at lunchtime and had a lovely traditionally British fish & chip meal. All the food was freshly cooked and served the old fashioned way on... More
