This was my first visit - Chowder was served cold - had to send back to warm it up. Bread was served with no butter....had to wait to see server to request butter. I had the roast beef special - brought it home and gave...it to my dog. Because I have heard wonderful things about this place I am going to give it one more try at a later date and hope this was just my unfortunate luck to dine on a really off night.More

We were 2 Couples who visited this restaurant back in August while on a cycling holiday of the island. It was recommended by "locals" and none of us were disappointed. Clearly fish is a focus and lobster a must (if you can). They will bring...lobster in all manner of variations, but 1 of us tried it whole with a tool box of equipment to get the thing opened up. What a spectacle and apparently very tasty. It's more of a pub grub style...but very friendly...and that's comparing them to the rest of the islanders (who are super friendly)...these folks were really nice. Charles was a gentleman...friendly, fun and a quick wit to match. Great tips on places to see on the island. Will go again.More

Hubby had the BEST lobster roll ever! (And he has a lobster rolls whereever he goes!) Lobster was overflowing out of the homemade roll. The seafood pasta dish was delish! Lots of lobster, scallops and shrimp in a light and tasty sauce. So much I...couldn't finish it! 20 local beers on tap so lots of tasty choices for beverages. The booths by the bar are comfy (and good for someone short as the tables are a little lower). Great spot to go on your birthday as they provide a free meal (up to $19.99 in value) and a piece of yummy chocolate cake!!More

We went here for a nice dinner getaway and we were not disappointed. Everything went well and the service was great for being as busy as they were. I had the fish and the order was quite large which was fine, It was all I...could eat, my wife had the chicken quesadilla and it was huge. I tried a little of it and it was very good. We were not disappointed with our decision to eat here. The price was good and the food was great, we will be back.More

To say our experience was unfortunate would be an understatement that’s for sure. It was a terrible experience and very sad really because we were having such a great day. I understand that most establishments are hurting right now with limited staff. I get it,...I don’t mind waiting for our food, as we had lots to talk about. However our waiter could have at least came back to our table to see if we wanted more drinks while we waited for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived which again we didn’t mind the wait, a little on the thirsty side but did not mind the wait. Our waiter said oh, I’ll bring you some napkins and cutlery, of course he never returned so we licked our fingers cleaned. When he did come back to the bar for someone else’s drink order, I said excuse me, can we get some napkins and cutlery. Off he went and came back and laid them down and before we could say hey, we could use some more drinks or water… he was gone. Now we are annoyed and ready to leave. He does not come back for quite a while and when he does it’s to make chatter with the group of locals beside us. We ask to have our meal in a takeout container which he goes off to do, comes back some time later and we said we’ll take our bill as well. My husband holds out his hand and the waiter drops the bill on the table. I know this is long winded but I felt I needed you to see the whole picture. Customer service has always been high on my priority list and it’s something that this guy knew nothing about. We were here for the food festival and the beef and blues night. A large group of us are here and everyone wanted to go to Brothers 2 for our meal tonight, Saturday…but we talked them out of it. Now that’s sad. Maybe some customer service training should be in order here.More

We were there in July when we visited PEI and we were very impressed with the food quality and service that said we'd definitely have to go back! We came back in September and returned to 2 Brothers, needless to say, the did was even...better and the service was exceptional! Our waitress name was Cheyenne and she was on a double shift but that didn't stop her. She had a great sense of humor and she was so friendly! Definitely week be going back!!!! 5 star from us! I'd give more if I could.More

Stayed at the Quality Inn for a baseball tournament and ate twice at Brothers 2 restaurant. All our meals were hot and fresh, and large servings . Desserts were homemade. I hade the Oreo cheesecake.

We had an unpleasant experience at 2 Brothers. Our daughter has Celiac Disease so we checked through the menus of local restaurants and called ahead before making a reservation. 2 Brothers had GF nachos in the menu and she was excited about that, which is...the main reason we chose this spot. When we asked the waiter if the nachos were fried in the same fryer as other breaded products he asked another server standing nearby. She told us that they were, but it was fine because she eats them and she is gluten free. I told her that was cross contamination and for those with celiac that could make them very sick. She became VERY snarky and shot back, “Well I have Celiac!” She was so aggressive and rude it left all of us, including our poor waiter, with our mouths hanging open. Fair enough to make a mistake, but then to be so rude to a customer when they tell you that that isn’t really gluten free was unacceptable. It set our evening off on a really sour note. We also happened to be seated at a very wobbly, sticky table immediately next to the wait staff station. It was Dueling Pianos night, and while the entertainers played well it was too loud for a dinner conversation. Our food was just “meh” but our waiter was great and his service, big smile and pleasant interaction almost made up for the rest of the shortcomings. I would warn others that 2 Brothers don’t have a true understanding of gluten free and cross contamination, so customers could potentially get very sick. While that was concerning and disappointing, it was the unbelievably rude waitress (not our waiter) that was the most upsetting.More
