Went here with a group of 7 for lunch. Fondue and crepes were amazing. Also best cappuccino I've had in awhile. Sat upstairs by the windows with a view of people walking up and down charming Saint Paul street.

After an enjoyable walk through Old Montreal, this was the perfect lunch. The Quiche Lorraine was delicious and the French Onion soup was perfect. Be sure to end your meal with a crepe loaded with Nutella, bananas and strawberries. Very friendly and attentive service - in English!

Our hotel recommended Chez Suzette to us and we were not disappointed! There were 5 of us and each one of us couldn't resist ordering one of the breakfast crepes. AMAZING!! Delicious food...with coffee that keeps flowing. The menu is varied and offers more than crepes, but hey, we were in Montreal so we had eyes only for crepes. The... More

Food was good. Coffee is average. The crepes were a bit tough and rubbery. Nothing like one would get on the streets of Paris. It's a nice place to visit due to its location but it does leave a lot to be desired.

Right on one of the main roads in old Montreal and we needed family friendly so this was it. Fast service and cheese fondue was yummy but other mains weren't amazing.

Fantastic crepes! Fresh food, fast friendly service with authentic québécois taste and ambience. And right in the heart of old Montreal.

Walking by the area, stopped to try traditional Montreal crepe, didn't disappoint in terms of taste but a bit pricy

We had brunch one day and it was so good we went back the next day. The best breakfast scramble around. More than plenty to eat. Great Sangria too! Fondue looked great at the table next to us. Very friendly staff and great service.

Great food and service. Only issue was it feeling a little cramped....but when popular you fill up. Staff was very pleasant.

Staying in Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)

Neighbourhood Profile
Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)
The historic centre of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to some of the city's most antiquated buildings and picturesque streets. Along the waters of the St. Lawrence River, the bank of Old Port features museums, festivals, food stalls, and outdoor athletics, a celebrated part of the city that explodes into fireworks displays on warm summer nights. At its centre, street performers and artists compete with sprawling restaurant terraces for space along Jacques-Cartier Square, while the cobbled streets of Rue St. Paul and Rue Notre-Dame offer a reprieve of quiet galleries and atmospheric wine bars. Horse-drawn carriages are not an uncommon part of traffic, and the narrows they traverse are lined with boutiques, crêperies, and poutine shops enshrined in buildings of stone and wooden lattices. Here you can evoke Montreal's past with a traditional cooking lesson or historical tour, then enjoy its artistic present with live music and theatre.
