This a nice trendy place to go with family. The restaurant has a nice ambiance despite the size of (which is relatively large). The pizza is a must to try. Calamari is good but not exceptional. Fantastic salad. Good beer selection.

Good Afternoon. I thank you for the review that was made for the restaurant but unfortunately my restaurant il Campari Centro is in downtown Montreal and we do not serve pizza. The restaurant you wrote the review for is in Boston. My restaurant is in Cherry Wood and stain Glass décor. More

My friend and I had a five star experience here! Everything was excellent: food, drinks, service and ambiance! It was fantastic! Staff even walked us out with umbrellas to catch a cab. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant and will definitely return when in Montreal!

Very good food and friendly service. One of the absolute best Italian restaurants I've been to including many in Italy. Especially the home made pasta is worth mentioning. Highly recommended!

A wonderful evening with a long time friend from Pittsburgh who adores authentic Italian food. As a starter I had the tastiest tuna tartar and my friend had homemade meat balls which were recommended by the waiter made with 100% milk fed veal, she actually polished the sauce off her plate with the warm homemade focaccia that was served to... A traditional old Italian restaurant that we last visited about 8 years ago & it looks just as we remembered. A wide selection of dishes, elegantly presented & attentive service. Just be wary of the wine list, some of those bottles go into $000's - safest perhaps to order by the glass !

This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you know that you are in for a great meal, and that the experience will match the food. The owner is ever-present. Not because he needs to be, no, not anymore, but because he wants to be. Dressed in a suit, stylish as only a proper Italian can be, he... More

Went for dinner. Waiters are all long term staff and professional. Fantastic selection from specials, appetizers to main menu items. I had the fried zucchini and veal parmagiana, all delicious! Great for business, friends or couples.

The staff are extremely attentive, skilled, and witty. The experience was an authentic an Italian experience you can get in Montreal, from food to drink, including the owner and the spirit of this restaurant. Having been to Italy more than once, if I squitted my eyes just a wee bit (and imagined warmer weather), I was there, all without the... More

Had dinner here one night last month. Food was excellent, service was good. Would give this a solid 4 1/2 rating and would return without a second thought on a return trip to Montreal.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
