I was there for my birthday with my family. It was the second time that I ate at this restaurant. I've preferred the second time. It's a good restaurant with good French food. The service is good too.
Four of enjoyed eight dishes at this cosy little French restaurant. We savoured Pieuvre Grillee (grilled octopus), three 'Poisson' Du Jour (actually scallops), Dattes (dates),Calmars (calamari), Homard (lobster), and Chanterelle (Chanterelle mushrooms). Portions were small, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The sauces were pure bliss....More

Taken out to eat by colleagues on visit to Montreal. We had a couple great bottles of wine. Tartine de champignons and veal tartar were outstanding. Would definitely go back when I'm next in Montreal again.
Granted I live in Montreal and my solidarity to my city is unquestionable, but having also a well traveled amex card, I can easily say this restaurant ranks in my top five on the globe. I am not sure what the other reviews are complaining...More
