I had the cocorico crepe which was turkey slices, cheese and fresh mushroom slices. It did not agree with me at all. I found it a little pricey and not particularly tasty. The juices looked very interesting but I was not into spending $5 for juice at that time. Some people might like it and there were younger people hanging... More

I came back after visiting a couple of years ago, still great tasting crepes, very light and awesome fillings, I had a Tropicana with a latte. My latte tasted so good. Considering the location, the prices are very good, service is excellent and the restaurant is clean and it was 12:45 when I got there, it was a good time.... More

Very good and tasty traditional cocktails. Everything with Qashta tasted great, but my favorite ones are those with avocado.

This cute Hawaiian themed restaurant has great breakfast options for reasonable prices. I got the Playa Fiesta, which included a vegetarian omelette, breakfast potatoes, toast, a small salad, and coffee. The food was delicious, the price was right (under $10), and the service was great as well!

This was a delivery order. I ordered 1 sweet and 1 savory crepe. The savory was a little short on filling, having a lot more crepe than anything else. It also fell apart and was very difficult to eat. The filling in it was good, even if it lacked in quantity. The sweet crepe I ordered consisted of a lot... More

I've been here countless times during University, and now try to make the trip down there for brunch when I am in Montreal. Their breakfast plates are delicious (love the Costa Rica), great selection of crepes (you want it, or dream it, they have it!) and delicious fruit smoothies. I love the fruit cups, the Turbo is by far my... More

I went there many times, either for breakfast or a late evening snack. It's really good and at a fair price. They have a lot of fresh fruits. It's a nice little cozy place downtown that is not a chain. Not pretentious at all. They make sweet or salty pancake-waffles all day long. They also have a nice choice of... More

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
