Our favourite bakery in Quebec City - best to go early in the morning for best selection of just out-of-the oven pastries. Love the croissants and macarons!!!

A mix of superb bakery with cafe ( no frying) .interesting toasted sandwiches, soups.lunch deal " soup with half sandwich $10.50+t.". Quite busy lunch wednesday.toss up whether cakes excel over toasted sandwiches.

They were around $2 each. Not the best macarons I have had, but it was nice to try the maple one.

It is not a breakfast place ... but you can order croissant or egg sandwiches. It depends on the daily menu.
