Most excellent croissants. I tried both savoury and sweet along with a cafe latte. A lovely way to take a morning break while wandering the streets of Old Quebec.

Paillard is a good spot for a quick snack or breakfast!! Reasonable prices and good food. I order the matin breakfast and it was delicious! The croissant was crunchy and ok point! Staff is very good and it has free wifi!!! Very practical choice .

Tried their famous chocolate croissants. Did not disappoint! All the other baked goods looked incredible! The place was totally packed when we arrived, but there was planting of seating room. Very friendly staff! Recommend!

Well worth dropping in for a great espresso and fresh beautiful pastries. Lots of seating available however it's a very popular place, so be prepared to take your pastries to go !
