This little restaurant is in a hotel, and we had no expectations. Wow, were we surprised with the chef! Poutine with chorizo appetizer....yes! Scallops were flawless, and the trout and roasted vegetables were well prepared. Mac 'n cheese with duck was good too.

breakfasts are fantastic, your choice of buffer or made to order but can be a bit expensive.... they are open quite late so its very convenient for those coming in late.

I enjoyed the service at QSS especially the soups and drink. The meals were good enough for me and the staff gave great service especially because I have a couple of don'ts when it comes to food and water.

Usually I avoid having dinner in my hotel. It was practical to have dinner here one night and for a restaurant in a hotel it is surely above average, albeit that you are rather sitting in the open. The choice of food is a bit above average and the quality of it was good.

Were staying in the hotel so had a couple of nice dinners here. Service was prompt and friendly and I have to say the food was very good. The salmon was delicious as was the risotto on the side and the vegetables were cooked just right.

This was by far the best food that we had. After having several mediocre meals, we went back a second time. Service is excellent as is the food.

This hotel restaurant lives up to the Marriott tradition of very good eating locations. Do not miss the breakfast, even with the $5 extra charge the hot version is definitely worth it. A centerpiece of this restaurant is the exciting Chef Karine Lacelle. She puts her heart and soul into her culinary creations. Have one of her omelets, and be... More

This Marriott is a boutique type hotel and has a surprisingly good cafe and full bar in the lobby area in the Place de Y'orville area, across from the Hilton Quebec and convention center. It is just outside the wall of old Quebec City. The drinks/cocktails are expensive but nicely put together. We had a mojito and a 'mystery martini'... More

Tired from two days of walking we had noticed this restaurant close to our hotel. got in with no reservations...food was Italian with large portions the norm, good quality, great drinks, good vibe with wait staff and diners (this was true of every place we ate in the city)..ate outside about 7 and there was always a breeze at that...
