"L'affaire est Ketchup" is a slang term that translates to "it's in the bag." The restaurant is on St. Joseph Street with a bunch of other new and hip restaurants and shops, and it's worth the trek from the old city if you are staying...More

While on business I tried this restaurant and was so impressed I returned the following night. The first night I had a beautiful red deer heart smoked like Montreal Smoked meat and the main course sea bass was wonderful with a crispy skin perfectly cooked...More

Heard and read rave reviews , but we were a little disappointed. One meal (elk) was excellent the other (pork) was fair. Appetizer was poor (shrimp). Very small and way overpriced. Wines were very expensive . Cheapest bottle 40 up to several hundred. A basic...More

We came for our 18 year wedding anniversary. What a fabulous meal from such an unexpected and unassuming place. Impressions of a regular stove and expert talented cooks preparing meals for the few tables that make up the small quaint and hip setting. Try to...More

Exceptional food and choices. A very happening place. We had reservations and watched as a steady stream of people were turned away. They all looked disappointed - having glanced at our meals as they waited to inquire as to availability. They definitely missed out.

This is a very small restaurant, make sure you have a reservation. We went there on a Wednesday and it was full! The menu changes often, the waiter will explain everything on the menu. Portions are generous. The creativity and quality of the dishes is...More

It is one of these small, dark, informal and sort of romantic spots that offer good, traditional food. Something that I disliked was the ventilation; the smell and the flavours were great but keeping them on the clothes was not. Food was good, portions avoided...More
