WOW, We wanted a great 'French' restaurant on our last evening in Quebec. We were not disappointed when we were fortunate enough to visit Louis Hebert Restaurant. It was indeed an outstanding French dinner. Waitstaff spoke French and English, service was comfortably and leisurely paced,...More

This restaurant was right across the street from our hotel so very convenient. We set outside in a lovely seating area. We had the lobster pasta dish and it was excellent. What was most excellent was the service. Yes, I would return.

Calamari and salads meh. Bouillabaisse was very good with all elements cooked perfectly. Lobster; however, was overcooked. Unacceptable at this price point. Crème Brule straight from the chiller.

We found this restaurant by accident...for breakfast...and ended up going back there for dinner. The atmosphere is excellent. Service was exceptional. And the food was very, very good. It is fine dining so except to pay accordingly.

No problems for an English speaker. Nice staff speak both French and English. I think an English menu was available.
