We had the most delightful experience at this authentic, traditional French Canadian restaurant. It is in a beautiful historic building from the 1600s, and the menu is full of dishes that have been handed down from generation-to-generation in my French Canadian family.

I did not have the poutine although Suspect each restaurant has its own version. Poutine has gone way beyond the fries, gravy and basic cheese curds of yesteryear.
