We had a great evening in this old train station. Microbrewery is also charming and food is great. We had the fish & chip dégustation with 3 sorts of fish and la Poutinée, where they change your fries for 2$ more. Enjoy !

We enjoyed recent late afternoon stop including micro brews (IPA, Irish red, and saison) and pub fare (fish and chips, poutine, corn dogs / pogo, and dinner salad). Service was friendly and efficient. The space is reclaimed from the train depot. We would visit again...More
My business associate and I only stopped by in the late afternoon to kill a few minutes. We found the place to be really nice, with friendly service and a terrific selection of beers. The choice and quality of snacks was great. It must be...More
I've been to the Siboire on business and with friends. Great place all around. Service can be slow if they are busy, but it is well worth the wait. Great place for beer and food!
A nice lunch of typical French Canadian fare, not a gourmet restaurant, however do include this one on your list. Grate list of craft beers, sorry we drank wine. Excellent service staff, and nice decor , how about those wooden tables. language not an issue.

The food is tasty, the restaurant is interestingly decorated however the service is slow. Not a place to go when you have to be back at the office on schedule.
Great place to go before a movie, as it is a few steps from Maison du Cinema, which offers English films (original versions). Rare in Québec!
