Off the beaten track, but worth the drive. The grounds are lovely: if I haven't been married for 30 plus years, I would see this as my wedding spot. 🍾💍 The food was excellent, the staff very attentive.

An excellent country house hotel, the owners and staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely food and great surroundings.
Dined here while on overnight stay, and must say the food was very good. The menu was varied and catered for most tastes. Prices were very reasonable.

Surly waitress/very slow service/dowdy surroundings /dreadful overpriced food/no atmosphere. Lots of better alternatives to eat out in nearby Bury St Edmunds. The Grange was a lot better than this in the past, but it has now deteriorated almost beyond belief.
