It is charming. Great baked goods. The host was very pleasant. In addition, locally handmade jewelry is on display.

We almost drove by because of the off-putting name, but there are not a lot of other choices in the area. Our soup and sandwiches were okay, nothing special, but took a long time to be served, especially considering only two other tables were occupied...More

We stopped near closing time and were greeted by a rather abrupt and somewhat rude, "there's only 15 minutes left to closing" from the waitress. We were told we could eat, but there was only 2 bowls of soup and a quiche left. We ordered...More

We stopped here on our way to Halifax. Wonderful cakes and scones and coffee. Cake slightly expensive but worth it. Lovely little shop too for last minute buys to take home.

We have stopped here a few times on a weekend drive. Nice folks that run it and very good home cooked food. They pay attention to ingredients.

I eat here at least twice a month, maybe more! The cafe is funky quaint with wide planked flooring, mismatched tables/chairs, and artwork hanging on the walls from local artisans. It has a warm homey feel and that is largely due to Holly and staff....More
