The tapas at the Biosphera Restaurant were excellent in taste and presentation that we repeated our order and returned also later. We judged it the best food of our travels to Minorca.

The two main restaurants in Na Macaret are actually side by side. Unfortunately they both shut between lunch and dinner. They are both celebrated for their menus. The reason for the review is advise on opening to prevent a wasted journey. Dinner starts at 7pm. Hopefully when we return to Menorca we get to have a great meal. It's on... More

A last night in Menorca, family dinner for five and all of us truly enjoyed the ambience, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink. We would definitely visit the Biosphera again if in Minorca. Beautifully located next to the fisherman's cottages, near the tiny village beach and with very handy parking out front. A... More

...but the food was pretty mediocre. Sloppy paella, and nothing much of any quality, something that is reflected in its prices. It also suffers from being adjacent to a square which is often the stage for evening entertainment and accompanying din.

I ate there 3 times. Twice at dinner and once at lunch. The dinners were very nice and the lunch I ate just a salad. I enjoyed the food and it was mid range price. The service was good and staff friendly. It is an unsophisticated restaurant and casual.

Came to Macaret on the land train for a change of beach and decided to stay for lunch. The Biosphera looked the nicest menu & price. We had seafood tagliatelle & tuna salad. Both were delicious, the seafood came in foil with plenty of seafood & melt in the mouth pasta. We shared a panacotta with amaretti, this was to... More

We have visited the Biosphera several times, for lunch and for dinner. We travelled there using the land train (Kids loved it) a novel way of getting to and from the restaurant which also means a cheeky glass of wine or three is possible with your meal! There are two restaurants side by side, sharing a veranda. Biosphera is the... More

nice menu , slightly more upmarket food , especially for such a small village. very different from the usual fare. beautifully presented. everyone else enjoyed their food but I found mine slightly odd , layers of sea bass layered with " pastry " not very pastry like and layered with a strange sauce. looked lovely but not for me. everything...
