First of all my sincere apologies for not responding to your message - and secondly my apologies for the misunderstanding of our Waiter. Actually, we have many clients who are gluten-free as this is now something that seems to be very common all over the world. Yes, we do provide gluten free bread and other items. However, we are also in a very low period of occupancy, and providing gluten-free products all year round can be a very costly exercise for small hotels. Also purchasing products that are gluten free in Lombok is also not always easy as items are rarely available. We do our best to assist, and I have spoken directly to our Restaurant staff to ensure they are all aware firstly of what gluten-free means, and that our Executive Chef will ensure they always have a minimum number of items available. I thank you so much for pointing this out and again apologise for our mistake.
