While we enjoyed the out door seating, the road was closed and the res. all put tables out in the street, the meal was a little small for the price. The service was great, the meal tasty. No dinner specials (every other place was having specials). In hind sight, given all the choices of places to eat, we would have... More

I had breakfast at Casa Don Gustavo. A very nice hotel in downtown Campeche. The location is great and it is a very nice facility. The food is great. Huevos Motuleños are a great choice. The bread and jelly is super good. The service is very kind, yet a little slow... No rush in Campeche :-) I do recommend this... More

We ate here the last time that we were in Campeche so went back as the food was so good. Not sure why they aren't packed. We ate there 3 times this trip and everything that we had was delicious.

This restaurant is located on the main touristy drag downtown Campeche. It is a beautiful Street colonial buildings all around and most of the restaurants are trendy and they all seem to have pizza etc. Don Gustavo is the restaurant located inside a hotel by the same name and it has tables and chairs on the pedestrian only street. They... More

The food was top notch! We ordered panuchos as a starter, four mains and two desserts (the mayan chocolate mousse is a must try) and they all tasted really good. The service, although a bit slow as we were the only diners at that time, was really professional and attentive. The setting and ambience are also very nice touches to... More

The place looks very nice, outside and inside. The service is extremely slow. Some of the food was very good, but other wasn't. They have good cocktails.

We enjoyed dinner here in the lovely setting of a secluded courtyard. Our starter of coconut shrimps was terrific, nor did our main choices of salmon and pork disappoint. All in all a very nice experience.

That pretty much says it all. The waiter was really attentive and was the highlight of the evening. The low point was the food which seemed to have been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Not cheap either so another disappointment in Campeche.

A must visit in the city. A delicious menu with many local specialities. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Service from the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with the menu and also things to see and do in Campeche.
