We stayed at this charming hotel for a two night break this November eating in the restaurant on both nights. The food was excellent - we had crab claws and mussels - well presented in a convivial atmosphere with good and attentive service. The restaurant is very popular with the locals for lunch and dinner. We stayed in the Batz... More

The place is simple, nothing luxurious, but nice and friendly. Placed in a village devoted to fishing, you can count on fresh fish but above all on seafood. I had a very large dish of delicious langoustines (small lobsters) for only 22 euros. Wish I could have come back another day and taste something else.

Superb location overlooking the town's old harbour. Food was actually fine. Service mediocre. Had to ask for everything, water, wine cooler. Received no bread and butter, which is standard. Ordered half a lobster, but received a whole one. Well, I did not complain then. But the price for the whole one was more than double the price for the half... More

Classical Bretagne cuisine done well. Fine ambiance. Beautiful building. Do not miss the crepes with salted caramel.

This restaurant features traditional French seafood cuisine, popular with French visitors. We liked the menu at 31€ posted on the slate. We loved the flavor of all the dishes we had in two nights there, such as seafood platters and roasted fish with beurre blanc. They have good wine at reasonable prices, some in half bottles. (We liked the Muscadet... More

Good sea food. But staaf not attentive; they were chatting with each other at the kitchen and were hard to get in contact with. And they forgot one of our extra orders two times.

Average for seafood in Brittany is above average for most other places. That is the only reason I rated this restaurant average rather than poor. The prices were much too high for what you received, and compared to elsewhere on he coast. My fish was overcooked and dry, and the service was rather surly. I don't think I would return.

The staff were friendly, and the food was very good. A busy restaurant with mostly locals and only a few tourists.

Very good fish restaurant. We tried the lobster as well as a local fish and it was really good and fresh. The waitress was efficient and kind enough, though maybe a bit cold. The service was fast although the restaurant was full. Also the desserts were really very tasty. The price wasn't cheap but in line with the other restaurants.

Over the years we have eaten here at least a half dozen times, not counting breakfasts. Good, solid French / Breton food, whether sea food, beef or lamb. Even rabbit. All very well prepared. Service is very French, and do not expect to be fussed over as you might in Paris. But neither are the prices Parisian! My wife and... More
