If you are in Lyon, you can tell everything regarding food is about Paul Bocuse. A visit to its flagship restaurant at Collongues about 10 minutes away from Lyon, is well worth the time and money. I went there with a group of colleagues for dinner, we arrived there a little early, but the staff was attentive and welcoming, they... More

We were 4 ladies on a girl's trip to Lyon and the highlight of our trip is to have eaten at Paul Bocuse restaurant in Collonges. We had the unexpected meeting of the world-renowned Paul Bocuse! He shook hands with us and we had a group picture. This experience alone is priceless. When it came to the food, I rate... More

No need to present Mr Paul Bocuse one of the best Chef probably in the world. We had the pleasure to meet him in person and it was great. The food is just so good! Un délice

Was there in early sept. very good and tasty lunch. Not cheap - but worth! Will go again whenever travelling around Lyon. Remember to spare at least 2 to 3 hours for lunch!

Bocuse has always had a certain magic in my mind and I can only regret that I did not go in the 70's when the master himself was at the stove. Our first surprise was how incredibly kitch and old fashioned the decor is. The service is also of the old school which is a positive point. We decided to... More

My husband has been able to say that one of his wishes has been fulfilled. The experience was everything we could have wished for. The service, the food, the wine choice, and yes even the traditional decor all blended together to create a memorable experience. We were totally surprised and honored to meet the "master himself" and get a picture... More

One of my bucket list priorities was to eat at a 3 star rated restaurant. A lunch at Paul Bocuse on the outskirts of Lyon was a memorable dining experience. The food and service was excellent. I appreciated fabulous french cuisine without all the faux chemistry experiments on my plate. Imagine the thrill when Paul Bocuse himself greeted all the... More

Food was flawless, it looked really simple at first glance but every dish had little special flavors and textures to accompany the relatively large portions. Monsieur Bocuse met us in person when we arrived, as he still does with every guest that dines at his restaurant, an honor in itself. We especially love dessert, cheese and wine and these were... We have been at Paul Bocuse restaurant in Lyon. The place is beautiful, as it is the restaurant. Very good service and, of course divine food. Good place for a romantic or a business night

Paul Bocuse, at 86,fully dressed in his chef's attire, still greets customers in the evening as they arrive.... Elegant, always full restaurants. Elegant in a classic style. Excellent service although fairly impersonal. Food is classic, traditional Paul Bocuse - the Grand Master of French Cuisine. Many of the dishes have been on his menu for 25-30 years... Has held 3...
