L'Oasis is a wonderful restaurant located on a "busy" intersection in Oyster Pond. We had dinner on this visit but it's one of the few restaurants here open for breakfast as well. We were on a mission to find pizza and this is one restaurant where you won't have the "our credit card machine is broken" story that is heard... More

We were so impressed by glowing reviews that we decided to spent our last night in a Oyster Pond dining at L'Oasis. Almost every review mentioned the welcoming behavior of Martine (the owner). Although we were a party of 11 and spent 2 1/2 hours in the restaurant, Martine never came to our table, even when we were the only... More

The food was good. My husband and I shared a salad. The restaurant is outdoors, covered and it is on the corner of the side street and the main road. Martine is a very efficient, welcoming waitress and explained the menu to us. The bill is in Euros. All of the fish entrees are not fresh caught. We also shared... More

We already visited L'Oasis run by the lovely Martine several times in January this year and were delighted to return in December. We were staying nearby at the Westin, Oyster Pond, and L'Oasis soon became a favourite haunt - we ate there several times in the two weeks we were there. The owner Martine's welcome is second to none and... More

We were staying at Oyster Bay Beach Resort so L'Oasis was very convenient for breakfast as we headed out to beaches on the French side. Eggs, bacon, toast, salad, juice and coffee for around $12. Martine (the owner) is welcoming and the seating is outdoors, comfortable and covered. Directly across from the grocer.

But so glad we didn't take the inordinately expensive bottle of water story seriously. We loved our dining experience there and can attest to the fact that the prices were reasonable and the quality of food exceptional. The place is run by what we assume to be the owner: she hosted, served, and bussed for us as well as the... More
