Just a short distance off Peninsula Link at the Old Moorooduc Road exit you will find this large winery with a very good restaurant. The restaurant has sweeping views to the north over extensive vines and has outdoor and indoor seating in a pleasant environment. The wine is very good and is matched by the food.It is open seven days a... More

Really enjoyed lunch here on a recent Tuesday. Its' quite hard to find places that are actually open on Mon/Tues around the Red Hill region so it's even nicer when they deliver. A word of warning - this is not a cheap venue. I think it was around $160 for 3 glasses of wine, a bottle of sparkling water, 2... More

Enjoyed the bubbles to start with while sharing an antipasto plate. Presented well but although pleasant was a little stingy with the slice of cheese. The cheese and the almonds were the standout on the plate. Not a very interesting menu, the boys opted for the steak fritter and enjoyed it with a glass or two of the Syrah. The... More

The wines were expensive and were ordinary. The views and setting was nice. It is easy to get to. Will not be in a rush to go back to it.

We had booked this place for a late lunch (on the recommendation of where we were staying) but decided to indulge in the wine tasting first, in part to choose the wines to go with our food. We tried a good range - and even purchased a bottle of Syrah to take with us afterwards! The lunch itself was excellent.... More

The view is breathtaking as you overlook the wine fields. The food to matches the views. The 'House smoked ocean trout rillettes with pickled radish' was an amazing entree dish. The 'Heirloom beetroot with Main Ridge goats curd, honey toasted seeds & nuts' was also a great entree. The mains we had were Prawn & avocado bun with asparagus &... More

Yabby Creek/ Lake Vinyard has easy access from Peninsula link. Once you turn into the site there is a long drive through beautifully tended vines, providing a dramatic approach. Signage is adequate but I wasn't certain that I had located the restaurant when the sign was indicating the Cellar Door. The decor is very tasteful and for lunch the acoustics... More

This vineyard has always been a favourite of mine and produces some excellent wines. It was great to visit for lunch on this occasion. The view of the vineyard and lake from the restaurant is superb! Starters were great but my main course - baby snapper fillet - lacked taste. It just wasn't there - came to the conclusion that... More

The wine and food are first class and the views and service is great. The kindness of the staff to my wife who has difficulty walking was genuine and outstanding. We will go back, many times I suspect.

Popped in to give the kids a run and taste some wines. Grounds for the kids and enjoying a wine in the sun, whilst watching them have fun is perfect. Highly recommend their limited edition Pinot Noir and Rose, well worth a visit. Have already shared with friends, we will be back.
