Just started coming here as of December 2016 and we love it! Food is always prompt and delicious and inside is very neatly kept. We've become regulars! Tried other places but we always wound up back here....!

Parking in this strip mall is a real challenge as there is very limited street parking. Because we are not that familiar with Vietnamese food we suggested that our friends order for us. Essentially we all enjoyed the vermicelli bowls and spring rolls (the spring rolls were especially nice).
First time Vietnamese for me. I ordered the adventurous one with the tendon and tripe. I thought the flavour was great, and although the tendon and tripe seemed like a was to me, I would order the same flavoured Pho again, but probably stick to the more conservative meats.

Food is average but price is high. Size of food is on small side and service is average given it is hard to find care in this place but the bad bad thing is parking. Very small and few parking and lot of big van!
I have been to Pho Hoa a few times only because it is one of the only Pho places in Richmond open late. My title says it all. This is a franchise restaurant that cranks out institutionalized Pho at its very best. You sit down, order from the waiter and then receive your bill before the food arrives, quite odd. The soups are bland and relatively staid.

Good noodles in excellent broth. Now have a "Just the right size" bowl, for less than 500 calories. I can have my noodles with the family, and not have to waste any.
