Go for a drink but don't eat there. This is Not the place for a nice dinner with your special man. I could have cooked a better meal for us but wanted a night out.

I am staying in Markham for the week, and after looking up reviews saw the four star rating and decided to try Marlowe's with my dad and his partner. It was a Tuesday night at 7:00, and the restaurant was empty. It took almost twenty...More
Dear Meghan, you may be reviewing the wrong restaurant. We do not have any dishes served with noodles.
We called for a, kind of, late reservation and was able to get a table to meet with friends. Once there, the table was being cleaned so had to wait around 5 minutes. Here's some comments: - Our server (shout out to Trevor) was attentive,...More
I've been to Marlowe twice - both were special occasions and both times I enjoyed my food. I love the goat cheese salad and had the Chicken Ballotine which was also tender and tasty. Unfortunately, hubby had the Seafood and Whiskey bake which was a...More
Lack of Proper management and customers service, even after bringing the food quality issue to acting manager on duty was waste of our time, more of a banquet hall feeling with so many events happening ,other options in the area to spend your money steaks...More
Staff checks and cleans premises every half hour. We experienced some leakage (from fresh cold water pipe) which required a plumber and was attended to shortly after. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A group of 10 went for a friend's birthday. It was a packed Saturday night and we were squeezed into a banquette booth intended for 8 with 3 chairs that were too high for the table height. This restaurant is cavernous and loud, loud, loud!...More
Dear guest, we specifically accommodated your group's request to sit at a dance floor booth. You were also interested in our unique late night entertainment and dancing - which means louder music if you're on the dance floor. We do our very best to offer...More
Excellent service, meal was scrumptious (calamari, smoked duck risotto, jambalaya, creme brulee). The atmosphere was comfortable and classy, but definitely got louder as the evening went on. Will definitely return. They take reservations, which is a plus. So many restaurants in this area don't take...More
Celebrated my daughter's 14th birthday at this restaurant. Had a family dinner. Nice restaurant, good service and good food. The lamb shank was very tasty and so was the seafood linguini with red sauce. Slightly pricey, but good food.
The dinner was amazing and the restaurant Manager Britney came over to solicit our feedback and ensure everything was in order. Great Service on her part to ensure our service was good! The food was delicious!!! Definitely go back!
