Regretfully I don't plan to return to this Swiss Chalet. I am a fan of this chain but this location had really slow service. The waitress brought my food and never once again checked if everything was ok. We asked for the bill and even that took awhile to bring.

We have been ordering from here for years and they were never able to get an order right no matter what. When Ira needles opened up we stopped using this location for obvious reasons. New Year's Day Ira needles was closed so we decided to try this meals from here

We arrived for dinner late - around 7.45pm and the restaurant closes at 900pm. Fries were overcooked, wing on chicken was charred and pizza could sub for a hockey puck off the children's menu.

Bring a rolled up newspaper. They should maybe think about hanging flypaper above the tables. Food seemed OK though you have to assume it's got at least some fly vomit on it by the time it reaches the table, 'cause man, there were a lot of flies for just one restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went to this location last night for dinner. I wanted to order the club wrap without mayo, one would think that this wouldn't be a big deal right!?!? I was told my our server that they pre make them and that they all come with mayo. She went and asked the kitchen and they said that... More

Have been taking my Mother here about once every two months for dinner for the last couple of years. It has always been fine up until recently. We ordered to appetizers and 4 festive dinners. In ordering the Spinach dip, it came with a very sparse amount of chips, some of which the waitress dropped as she came near the... More

Being from out of town, and needing a place that would cater to my dietary needs, we once again relied on Swiss Chalet. As my husband always says, they offer a 'standard level of standardness'. This may seem a somewhat lackluster description of what the restaurant has to offer, but it is true that, from one Swiss Chalet to another,... More

Been here several times as it's right across the street. Ordered spring rolls only to cut them open and find a long hair inside. Was told they don't make them. Ordered the hot chicken sandwich. Baked potato was cold as well as the gravy on the sandwich. They also put my salad on the same plate on top of gravy.... More

Took my elderly parents to eat; we were past the lunch hour and thought we would pop down to local Swiss Chalet as usually quick. We used to frequent often, but had not been in a while. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us. Another two people looked like they had been waiting to be seated and... More

Visited Swiss Chalet on Highland Road on Sunday for an early dinner after going to a musical in Stratford. Service was very good, food was tasty and hot as usual. My only complaint was there seemed to be a lot of garbage (mostly napkins and paper products) on the floor in the stalls across from me which gave me a... More

Description
Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?
