The food here is always fresh and tasty! During the summer there should be more staff. The wait staff are great but overly rushed during peak times.

Up until this visit we have had good food at the Cornerstone. This time, not so much. Everything we had was overdone and tough (hard to do to a burger). The service was ok but no one came to ask us how things were until we were done. We don't send things back in restaurants and we were hungry, so... More

Imagine having dinner in an old bank, that wonderful sound create by tall ceilings and wood everywhere. But not only was the ambience delightful, so was the food and service. Try the walleye.

Not much to say here. Our waitress was very nice and helped us through a complicated order. The kitchen had a tough time getting things right but we did not wait long. The food however was about as average as you can get. Over fried falafel balls, not very fresh tasting, boring in general. Not really a recommend unless you... More

We stopped in The Cornerstone on our way home. Our daughter had the walleye bites, my husband had the walleye dinner and I had soup and salad. The soup was zucchini parmesan and it was delicious! The walleye was wonderful too, glad we stopped in. Would definitely stop again.

Travelling solo and heard this was a decent place to visit. It was about 1/3-1/2 full when I arrived at 7:30. Ordered a glass of wine and steak sandwich. Menu had a good variety of choices for food and wine. My medium steak came medium rare which was ok for me but some people wouldn't have appreciated the toast sitting... More

Took an out of town guest The Cornerstone on a rainy Tuesday evening and was surprised to find it busy. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was superb! The Cornerstone's homemade soups are guaranteed to be great. Last night it was a curry vegetable chicken. The dinner special was a chicken breast with blue cheese, spinach and a balsamic reduction... Tried to go to a couple other places on a monday night and they weren't open so ended up giving The Cornerstone a try. The place is nice and the food was good. The steak was a little overcooked but it was good and so was everything else. Pretty good value too.

The meal was fantastic, the serving staff were very attentive, and very in tune to other tables not just ours - it made us feel that we were very well taken care of but all the staff just not one server and the food was superb as always.
