Went for lunch around 2 pm and sat in the bar area at a high table near the window. It was nice and bright. We had an excellent carrot and ginger soup and each a wrap...both very tasty. I had the veggie wrap and my husband had the buffalo chicken. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our meal. Note: they... More

Great spot on Pine Street, warm atmosphere, delicious menu, plus entertainment to boot. Three of us for dinner Friday & ordered a variety of salads, chicken, mussels & burger ... all was excellent. Unique wine list but pricey. The band was very good > a happening place! It was a busy evening & the service was ok.

we have been to the club on many occasions and used to be regulars - but don't frequent anymore. Not bad for lunch, but the food is over priced for the quality and portion size. We went for dinner with some friends and service is veerrryyy slow, (pretty bad actually) and no one was overly impressed - had the perogies,... More

We've been here for numerous date nights and brought the family once as well. The food was superb and the service was excellent! Love the ambience, except be ready for a much louder experience on Friday nights (live music). My wife has a soy allergy, and they have been very good at handling that. Highly, highly recommended.

The atmosphere is relaxed and high end at the same time. Love when they have local bands playing. The food is great. Prices are reasonable for the high end dishes.

Seemed like a pretty busy evening but we were seated in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen and it was nice and quiet. Service was friendly and he offered some honest opinions about the food and what he liked/disliked. I appreciate that in a server. Hangar steak was flavourful and tender, and the mushroom risotto was exactly what... More

Very busy between 6 pm and 8 pm but we managed to get a table without reservation. The trout my wife ordered was excellent and I ordered the club burger which was good with the only fault being it was a couple of dollars more in price than is really justifiable. The fries were pretty poor as with a lot... More

Place gets busy on Saturday nights. Live music def draw here, and very cozy ambience. We stopped in for a drink before eating at another place nearby.

In my opinion, this is tone of the top places in Collingwood. The food is fantastic. We ordered the smoked trout and whiskey cream mussels, the calamari, the cauliflower appetizer and the ahi tuna salad. All of it was mouthwateringly delicious. The waitress was also exceptionally great. There was a band called the campfire poets the night we went and... More

Description
The Huron Club embodies what Collingwood is all about. It's a family business that has that family touch. Every diner's experience is personal. The staff are engaging and friendly, the food is fabulous, and the prices are superb for what you get. Not to mention the local live music (available 5 days a week, Wed-Saturday nights, as well as over Sunday brunch), creating that comfy-cool atmosphere. It's casual, but yet, you'd be right at home for a special occasion like a birthday dinner or anniversary, and definitely suitable for a business lunch or dinner. They also have a beautiful events gallery upstairs for functions of any kind (complete with multimedia equipment for presentations). Their patio is a summer highlight and the building itself has such an interesting history and feel to it (as one of Collingwood's beautiful heritage buildings). Overall, a wonderful place to go for any occasion, big or small.
