Aswome service and food kid friendly on restaurant side with very nice outdoor patio that we always try to use during nice days. The bar is rather large and has pool table live bands most weekends

I visited this pub on the way to Mt. Washington. I was happy to find wings on the menu as I was craving for it that day. The server was very friendly, and food was great. I would stop here again when I'm in the area.

WORD! This is a great pub. The food is incredible, not your typical pub food. Live music and a dance floor. They create a positive vibe that just makes you want to come back again and again

Consistent and good quality food with friendly service. Very local feel. We live in Parksville and as a result are able to return often to this restaurant.

We have been to the Rod & Gun a few times in the past and have always had a good experience. The food is awesome and the staff are super friendly. If you are craving a burger then look no further. I don't think you will find a better burger anywhere else. I also highly reccomend their fish & chips.... More

Came with a friend that is a regular here. The place is ok. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Only had a couple drinks and left.

popped into this place for a bite while we waited for check-in for our hotel. The food was good, the atmosphere quaint and the service was very friendly. It just happened that a lovely lady rang the bell at the bar and bought a round of drinks for the bar. First time for everything and a pleasant way to start... More

OMG! What a great restaurant! The chowder was amazing. The salad was huge, fresh and delicious. The beers on tap were great too. Charming historical establishment, picture perfect location. Highly recommend. The wait staff was amazing as well.
