Saw this restaurant served Japanese so decided to order Beef Yakisoba and what a mistake that was. Wrong noodles to start, only vegetable was onion, ok there were two thin slices of green pepper? Improperly done in all aspects as it is one of my favourites and know how it is to be prepared. Was expensive and the WORST meal... More

Absolute bare minimum of quality!!! Please don't go, it doesn't deserve support. Although the staff is pleasant and friendly. The food is low grade, the sushi rolls can pass for alright until you order sashimi and realize what crap must be in the rolls if they're showing you this piece. The rest of the menu could be replicated at any... More

I usually love sushi and this sushi is awful. It was small but not fresh ingredients or so it seemed. The crab didn't taste like crab nor look like it. The Chinese food lacked flavor and was subpar at best. The almond chicken had gravy on it which I don't care for. The breading on the pork was soggy in... More

The restaurant needs better or much needed heating. The image/style inside needs work. However, and this is where it really counts. The food is amazing. I recommend the vegetable/prawn tempura every time. I only hope they open more restaurants - in Creston BC would be amazing too as they need good food just like this to enjoy!

I've been coming to KC for years - it had it's moments when everything wasn't perfect. But for the past 2 years - I'm always impressed by the Chinese & Szechuan food! Usually my husband and I order the Ginger Chicken, Shanghai Noodles & Beef n' Broccolli. It's always super! They'll make Szechuan dishes as mild or spicy as you'd... More

They have some tasty sushi but horrible chinese food, go to Amanda's instead if you want great chinese food. Also the waitresses are not as good as they use to be, not very good service these days. The chinese food is way to soft and mushy. Only go here if you want sushi, never go for the chinese food, it... More

Their food isn't organic, but it's pretty tasty if you feel healthy enough to take that kind of gut punch. Sometime they are short-staffed and you don't get help for a while. I've walked out of this restaurant twice - once for not getting any service, and another time for getting a terrible plate, but have had a couple good... More

My wife and I were in nelson for business and we really wanted some GOOD sushi. We looked on trip advisor and found K C restaurant. We knew the decor was not going to be something to write home about but we don't go out to eat for the decor. If the decor is nice that's a bonus for the... More

I was craving Chinese, so took the family here. It was mushy, over seasoned, and just downright terrible.
