The desserts here are just out of this world. So good that we still haven't got around to trying their other menu items yet. Beautiful European-style baking, not that cloyingly sweet stuff that you get in run-of-the-mill bakeries. REAL butter cream. Excellent coffee too. On days when we really want to indulge we just go there and have dessert for... More

Very good sandwiches. Soup are good as well. Reasonably priced. Their deserts are also good. There are also some unique arts on the wall.

This Cafe is not just to enjoy really good pastries, and a delicious selection of sandwiches. On selected days they create lunch delights such as Schnitzel with fries, or, Spagetti & Meatballs, and more. Everything is home made on their premises. A real nice place to relax with a nice cup of coffee and a Strudel. Go a try it.

If you are looking for European pastries and exceptional sandwiches and homemade soups, this is a must. If you live in the area, you will soon become a regular.

The cafe was clean, warm and friendly. We shared a chicken croissant which was fresh and delicious. There was only one apple strudel left, so we shared that. I could have eaten 3 more, it was that good. What a great spot for a quick coffee and a bite to eat.

This Cafe stands alone in terms of quality! Always fresh homemade selections, never too sweet, the best ingredients! The owners work so hard and deliver with class. I am so lucky to have found this gem in Courtenay! I love their almond cake with whipped cream and their egg sandwich on a croissant.

My daughter and I popped in here on the way to a tattoo appointment because I needed caffeine. The lady who came from the back was a bit distracted, so I guess she was busy. She also seemed quite distracted because she made me repeat myself frequently. Language barrier is probably not the issue as I work with ESL students... More

There always seems to be a new pastry, a new snack, a new and novel approach to epicurean delights! Today it was maple strudel, raspberry chocolate Linzer cookies and spaghetti and huge meatballs! How they do it is unbelievable! Always a smiling face and a polite gesture of welcome. My goodness the chef even is an artist whose paintings now... More

Cappaccino's has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat, drink, chat & have a wonderful relaxing break! Danielle is the perfect hostess - gracious, kind, and full of great advice!
