Was I not impressed. Chunk of under cooked meat and tasteless. Yes I ordered with out spices but it was old and tough and I asked for medium and got raw. Mom asked for well and got rare. I have been cooking in restaurants for years and I could have done better blindfolded. The vegetables were a joke and again... More

I've always had good food here, but when you go with a group of 4 or more, someone at the table will usually get food that isn't good. A bit of a gamble.

Frequented by a young rowdy crowd, the drink specials are pretty good but the food is only average, the burger is too spicy and service is hit and miss - won't be going back soon as there are way better restaurants in Courtenay like Atlas and Local's to spend your $$ at.

Place was great. The hostess wasn't overly friendly, kind of sat us really quickly and said 'drink menus are on the card'. Our server was great - she suggested the Brie appie and it was really tasty. Only complaint - they should cut the crostinis all the way through. Had to use our fingers a lot to tear them apart.... More

Stopped in for lunch for a couple of sandwiches and Poutine. Service was good and the establishment was clean. Ended up having a couple of their special Bellini's which were most enjoyable.

It took a long time for us to realize this place is more of a restaurant than a bar which really isn't our thing. I believe there's a new chef in the past couple of months. The food is delicious. We had both a steak dinner (perfect) and the smoked-chicken quesadilla (the best I've had anywhere) and enjoyed every bite.... More

Chose to come here with a couple friends. It was not at all busy when we went for lunch but everything seemed so unorganized. Very poor service and food was just okay, I wouldn't return

Dinner here was a good experience. It looked to be a local fave, with groups and families filling up the tables . We found the service and the menu to be very good when we were there. We also liked the fact that we could walk to it from our hotel, just down the block.
