One of the best lunch spots in Campbell River. Great sandwiches and good Coffee. I think you can even ask for it Aussie style. Not sure if that girl still works there.

So delish! Fresh ingredients with local flair, I recommend the boss sandwich! I also had a loose leaf tea that was fantastic.

What a lovely little coffee shop, but with mighty fine breakfast menu! After a few long days on the road, it was a great place to stop in for breakfast to give us the energy to continue on with our travels. My friend and I both had the stuffed breakfast croissant; him with a coffee and a tea for me.... More

A friend from out of town was en route from the ferry to the airport so we met at the Java shack across from the ferry. Good java, good food, good vibes/ what else can you ask for!

I decided to meet a friend here for lunch. I had a hard time finding it even after asking 2 people. My GPS kept saying you are here, you are here. But I still couldn't see it. So my friend and I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and some coffee. The salad is huge and just packed into a... More

Literally every single table had spills and crumbs. Every time I've been here it's a struggle to find a spot to sit because of how filthy everything is. Poor food safe standards observed by staff. You need to wash your hands if you touch your face/hair. Also, if someone calls and you say you're going to put them on hold,... More

We were looking for a sandwich shop and couldnt find one in shoppers row, no wonder, it is tucked away. Fortunately we bumped into the local postman who told us about this place in very expansive terms. Surely its not as good as that we thought. After a bit of back and forward we eventually found it. We had two... More

If you're in a hurry for food, this is probably not the place to go. Otherwise, this place has the best coffee in town and fantastic, freshly-made food at breakfast and lunch. The food will take a while, it's true, but it's absolutely worth it, every time.
