Ordered a ribeye steak. Was absolutely disgusting. They literally took it straight from freezer and tossed on grill long enough to heat up the outside. It was still cold in the center and non of the connective tissue broke down. Tossed half of it out....Not that I didn’t try to eat it first. Just couldn’t. And the ceaser had zero flavour. Was like hot sauce and water. By far worst place I’ve ate in a very long time.More

Went in for breakfast. My omelette was blackened (burnt), the “roasted potatoes” were cold tater tots. . When the waitress asked how the meal was, I told her the omelette was burnt, and it “wasn’t an omelette”. She argued with me and told me that...was what I ordered. Honestly - this is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in.More

ordered the veggie burger wrapped in lettuce and fries and gravy by skip the dishes. Food was cold on arrival. The pattie fell in pieces and had no taste. Most veggie burgers have a taste at least spice to it this was extremely bland. Fries...not bad but the gravy was bland as well.More

We were staying at four points and had supper here, I have a severe allergy to onions and garlic, fresh and as a spice, so I can not eat out to often cause their is usually that stuff in everything. So I asked for vegetarian...pizza no onions and no sauce, but olive oil for dressing. The chef came out asked me if he can make me a tomato sauce with some flavor and will make sure their is no onion or garlic spice in it, so he went back made me a very tasty pizza with sauce that I can have and I so recommend this restaurant if your traveling and have food allergies cause they are very understanding 😋 Thank you again for being so accommodating. Will be back forsure the next time we stay at four points in niskuMore

I am staying at the Four Points, right now. I ordered from Rick's at 8:14 pm. I went down to grab my food and it wasn't ready. I waited in the restaurant, where you can see directly into the kitchen. The chef was talking and...coughing while he was preparing my food. He was not wearing a mask. I asked the server to ask the chef to please recook my food while wearing a mask. The chef refused. I asked to have my ordered canceled from my room and the chef come out to do it. He masked and came out to talk to me. He informed me that he would not be wearing the mask ever because it gets hot in the kitchen. Ummm. Yes. Yes it does. If the whole covid issue isn't a thing for you then perhaps his other food safety standards are up to par? Frankly, it was a no go for me because if he is skipping one rule that he doesn't like, he quite likely could be skipping others. I spoke to the front desk and she recommended Montanas across the street. It was a fantastic salad!More

I ordered through skip the dishes.. it was their spinach salad it contained candied pecans, goat cheese, pickled beets, apples and lemon poppy seed dressing. I added chicken. The salad itself was amazing but the chicken to me wasnt cooked enough (partly my fault I...like well done chicken) so I wasn't able to eat the chicken but I would definitely order again.More

This restaurant is attached to the Sheraton. The vibe is quiet with a large bar area and few booths. Service was very good. My dinner was tasty, hot and seasoned well. A very good portion size. I did find the prices a high for the...ambience of the restaurant. There were only a few comfortable booths and mostly table and chairs. It would be nice if they had some nightly drink specials.More

Drinks and pizza was great. The service was awesome. The bartender was efficient and mixed a really good drink for me. If you just want to sit and relax, this is the place. The kitchen staff were amazing beyond words. Great customer service!!’

Sitting at the bar - waiting for my daughter and her two friends to come down from the room so I ordered a glass of wine. The girls were excited and getting ready for a 4 month trip to Thailand so we were going to...sit at that bar , have some appys. As soon as the girls sat down, the server said no minors at the bar. I said oh they are 19 and all have their ID , as they were pulling out the ID , we were told under 21 cannot sit at the bar, we had to go to a table. Pardon? The server the left, did not come back and ask for ID or ask them If they would like a beverage of any sort or if we would like to order anything. Very rude, not a good impression for the restaurant. Poor customer service. The server should have been asked for Id - understandable as they do not look 25 which is the liquor laws in Alberta. No sign about under 21 not allowed to sit at the bar - in an empty restaurant except for 2 other tables and one gentleman sitting across from us. Shame on you. Will not return, and will not stay at this hotel again. I understand this is a 3rd party restaurant and not part of the hotel, however it is an amenity offered. And one that was not pleasant.More

This restaurant is attached to the Sheraton. The vibe is quiet with a large bar area and few booths. Service was good but a bit busy for one person. They could have had another server on.
