Our first trip to PR. We have a local friend who highly recommended this. We will be back! Great food and atmosphere. Loved the entertainment!

Every time we go to Puerto Rico on vacation we have to stop here. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better. I love the fact that you can watch them roast the pigs on an open flame. Brings back a lot of memories for me. The meat is always perfect never dry and there side orders include... More

I ordered lechon with yellow rice and sausage and was amazed with the portion. It was good for two persons. My husband did not want to share his meal and I ended getting too full with what I ordered. I did not get hungry before I boarded a flight back to Jacksonville. I will be back guys, I promise you.

This mile of pig... More

Can beat the view. The combination pork plate with rice was delicious. We couldn't communicate was but the food is on display and you can... More

If you are in the mood for a fun "foodie" day trip from San Juan, (about 45 mins) then you should head for the mountain town of Guavate. There are many "Lechoneras” on Route 184, also know as The Pork Highway, that specialize in Lechon (roast pork) and Pavochon (Roast Turkey). I stopped in Lechonera El Rey and was not... More
