Don't let the outside of this place scare you away. It's on the main road through town. The food here is so great. We had a chicken dish and a pork dish and they were both so great, the rich amount of spice. Try their home-made hot sauce, get a few beers and enjoy. We ate here 3 of the... More

Even the picky 13 year old was devouring bites of each of the four dishes we ordered! We randomly picked 4 things off the menu and were pleased with each! The food was very fresh and we enjoyed the various additions on the tops of each table (spiced cabbage & sauces). The fresh fruit juices and milkshakes were also irresistible!... More

Puposas and fried tacos are the best be sure al also try tambrand juice and Jamaica juice. Location is on the western highway. Remember you are in El Salvador when you dine here

Really good food for an amazing price. Friendly and fun. Love the cabbage topping for all to share on each table.

This little family run restaurant was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel from Colorado. The food was fresh and delicious. The strawberry milkshake is not to be missed. The prices cannot be beat! Good, tasty, and economical-we will be back!!

The place serves super cheap eats with a friendly smile. It is clearly a family run shop as the cooks seem to be the moms and the server is their 10-year-old daughter Julie. She was super cute and explaining what each of the dishes were. There are not many tables so you get served pretty quickly. All in all if... More

We ventured out of San Ignacio in an attempt to get espresso and pupusas. There weren't great directions of how to find the pupusa place, aside from that it's on the main strip across the street from the gas station. For those of you looking to find this place, here you go: From San Ignacio, cross the bridge over the... More

This restaurant is right on the main road but doesn't have a sign. All you need to do is look for the constant stream of locals going into this little place. The food was fantastic. You must try the papusas! They are the main special. My wife and I ate a full meal with fresh juice for $6usd! It will... More

They burn the cheese to just the right amount. The atmosphere is authentic, and you can buy a beer at the gas station across the street.

We have been here many times in the past and always enjoyed their pupusas and panades. Their fresh juices are always very flavourful and very generous sizes. It seems they are open more hours and earlier in the day than they used to. We're not sure if the restaurant is owned by different people, but one thing we noticed is... More
