We recently stayed at the bull's head with our young daughter and friends. After a lovely welcome from the staff we were shown to our room and we found it to be well presented and comfortable, stocked with fruit, bottled water, tea and coffee and toiletries. Our room had plenty of space for a travel cot and the double bed... More

This was our first stay at The Bulls Head. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The pub had a good atmosphere for dining. Cocktails were on offer at 2 4 1 and there was a good selection of beers and lagers available. A good choice of meals on the menu, I had... More

We've been a few times for lunch and dinner and every time it's been lovely. Good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere too. If like me you like puddings, you won't be disappointed.

The food was to die for it was so tasty and beautifully presented. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. I had the slow cooked beef and it was melt in the mouth. Just great meal will be going again.

On arrival we thought what a lovely cosy pub but soon disappointed when food arrived. Sons lasagne was dry, he barely touched it. My chilli con carne had no seasoning or flavour. Both the chilli and rice very bland, not a hint of spice or even basic seasoning. The grilled platter was the same, large amount but dry and bland.... More
