Doing the very best he could under the circumstances. Pieces of fish now very small All 4 servings Salads were stale. Both .Did not eat Fries were excellent. Very expensive for what we got... More

My husband and I recently had lunch at Hooked and loved it. The pulled pork Poutine was to die for! Great friendly service and amazing views of the beach. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We were so glad to find Hooked Fish Bar open for business this morning and the meal was perfect! Nathan is such an amiable, unflappable host and a wonderful chef besides. The seafood chowder is best we've had since our trip to Newfoundland, the fries are home-cut 'made from scratch...can't wait to go back to try some of the other... More

Visited the restaurant with family in Vancouver. Expected to have a snack however was enough to keep us satisfied for the remaining day. Between us ordered the poutine (Canadian speciality; chips, cheese and gravy), fish tacos, pulled pork tacos and fish and salad. The waitress was friendly and took our drinks order which was served relatively quickly. The food after... More

I am a red seal chef, and when I eat out, I come here for the oysters! Can't go wrong! Go shortly before sunset, walk on the beach then enjoy the sunset, spectacular!

We went to Hooked for a farewell dinner last night to thank our sister and brother in law for looking after us. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the views of a setting sun were spectacular. Our favourites were the coconut prawn starter and cod and chips main but I suspect all of the dishes would have been... More
