Stopped in a couple of times this week after some day-hikes during a short vacation. The coffee is great and the treats were excellent, with a nice variety of cookies and baked goods to choose from. The facility itself is clean, with your choice of...More

We enjoyed our lunch stop here very much. We had made-to-order sandwiches and lasagne. The desserts were great and fresh.

Recommended by our hosts, we decided to check out the village bakery for breakfast. Nice varieties of breakfast items, baked goods, breads... Coffee as well (although both my husband and I are not coffee drinkers). Prices are a bit on the high end but you...More

Excellent food and service. Yes the prices are high but you have to remember how far you are from where their supplies come from. After a long, hot hike their tasty treats are just what is needed to perk you up.

I wasn't expecting much in this whistle stop town, but wow how I was blown away. I had strawberry goat cheese salad with toasted walnuts. So delicious! And a bowl of sweet potato soup + bell peppers with a shot of sriracha- out of this...More

We brought our own mugs for their drip coffee and ordered a 2-scoop of ice cream, and our bill came to over 10 dollars! And the scoops were the smallest I've ever been served anywhere. It was very disappointing. I guess next time it's Frosty...More

Had lunch at the Bakery. Food was Ok but everything is overpriced. The bakery in Dawson City has superior food at around 60-70% of the cost.

Not a bad option considering how empty Haines Junction is of food choices. This place offers a decent range of caffeinated drinks and its baked goods are pretty extensive (we liked the Saskatoon Berry danish).

Thanks for pointing this out to us - we discovered that one of the machines was having an issue with it's boiler. Problem has since been solved.
