This is classic, simple French cuisine at its finest. Come here for a giant Porterhouse steak or ris de veau served in a farm house by the river. Or eat out on the terrace for even better views on a pleasant day. The wine list is basic, but has some nice surprises. The food is quite nice, though simply prepared.... More

Typical country style French restaurant. Service was fine, good was OK and the location looked over the river but was a little bit of a mish-mash.

This is an authentic French country style restaurant I like: not pretentious and with excellent food. Located in an old house by the river, for me it is the real "deep France" experience. The fish (Turbot) was absolutely delicious, not to mention the fresh Cèpes mushrooms. Amazing! The staff is very friendly too. So don't hesitate, this is a sure... More

Thanks to Tripadvisor we discovered this restaurant, conveniently near the motorway, on our way south from the Cote Sauvage. Its location beside the Garonne is picturesque, with plenty of tables under the dappled shade of huge plane trees.
