This small locally owned bakery cafe conveniently located by the ferry dock on Galiano Island. It is a great way to experience the unique flavour and local charm of this small, friendly Gulf Island. The espresso is wonderful and fresh baked goods a delight. Very laid back friendly staff and owner.

This was a stop for us about 3-4 times on our week on Galiano. Enjoyed their cappuccino and London fog. Muffins were still warm out of the oven and very good. We did have lunch here one day....a homemade chicken soup complete with big pieces of focaccia bread, very good. Took a loaf of organic multigrain back home with us... More

Came by when the Ferry back to Vancouver was delayed (not an uncommon situation) - and had the "sausage" rolls of my life! The filling was actually tourtiere filling - a loose-ish meat filling spiced with allspice, usually found in pie form. Completely delicious. I bought the remaining 5 rolls (which rung in at about $4.50) brought them over to... More

My husband and I stopped here twice on our last trip to Galiano. We both love their blue-berry scones. The coffee is also very good.

Just a walk up the street from the Galiano Island Inn and Spa is as handy as it gets. Coffee and baked stuff is fresh, what more can you ask for?

Looking for good speciality coffees and early morning hang out. Great baked goods fresh and healthy. Biggest energy balls I've ever seen!

came in for a drink and a baked good and have no idea why the service is so TERRIBLE when they charge $10 for just a drink and baked good (you would think they would treat you vip!). I get a scowl and rude attitude from the lady behind the counter b/c she can't apparently HEAR me TWICE, and because... More

We had visited this bakery several years ago and they had the best sausage rolls we had ever tasted and the coffee was amazing. This time around, it was not the same sausage rolls. Rather than sausage, it tasted like bland ground beef and even the pastry we tried was not exciting. We were really excited about visiting again, but,... More
