After walking around a while, we settled on this place. It was pretty busy and we ended up sitting at the bar. Shared a beer and ordered salad and pizza. It was really fun! Bar patrons were friendly, we had at least 3 bar staff stop and talk to us and ask how we were doing and the food was... More

I ate here for breakfast (a muffin and 2 cups of hot chocolate). Food was good. Very slow for a Saturday morning (even for it being the off-season), limited seating, only 1 staff member present. I can't tell you if the prices were any good because Canadian currency isn't my native currency, so I really didn't know how much I... More

We were looking for a quick lunch and saw this place. While ordering, my one year old daughter decided it was a great time to start crying. I understand that it's not fun for anyone and we were planning to take the food to go. Before we could tell the girl that, she said "You're taking this togo right?" with... More

Pearls offered good coffee and hot chocolate. Limited seating, but I would describe it more of a takeaway place than an eat in cafe . Menu is small for breaky but there is something everyone could eat as well as pastries. The only staff member was a little disorganised and wasn't always there when we wanted to re order another... We stopped by for breakfast -- our mistake -- we were thinking a more traditional breakfast but Pearls is more a coffee shop with pastries and a few kitchen made-to-order items. The wrap we had was good, as were the two black coffees.

The only good thing about this place was the coffee. The interior is cramped and unappealing, the server was surly and unhelpful and the menu had only 7 items on it (4 of which were practically the same - huge stuffed breads). There are much better options in Waterton for breakfast than here.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your experience, and we truly apologize if our staff seemed uninterested. Pearl's Cafe is by no means a full service breakfast restaurant, more of a grab-and-go style cafe, and it sounds like we may have just not been what you were looking for. We hope you still enjoyed your time in... More
