Overpriced and poor quality lunch (£10.95 for a dry omelette and over cooked chips) served in cafe with little atmosphere and 50% unattentive staff. Definitely not for kids and hard to recommend any positives.

Saturday morning visit. Very popular and busy. Good service. Very nice breakfast. The nice interior belies the unattractive exterior appearance. Will certainly return

We popped in on a busy Sunday lunchtime on the off chance. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and a good menu. The portion size was enough to feed two hungry diners but I scoffed it all myself!

I've had breakfast at Lockside a number of times now - and the quality is consistently fantastic. The venue itself is tightly packed with tables and can feel a little claustrophobic when full but it's well worth it for the quality of the food and...More

They do have an outside seating area but it's best to phone them and ask about dogs, they're friendly people so probably OK. Outside area is through cafe though, as far as I know
